At a glance

  • Use the form below to prepare an email to [email protected].
  • Include the website link and a short explanation of how it could help readers.
  • You can also suggest topics, report corrections or tell us about a website problem.

Send a suggestion

Suggest a useful website, practical tool, support resource or topic you would like us to explain.

This form opens your email app with a draft addressed to [email protected]. Review the message and send it there.

Include this if you would like a reply.

Tell us why it would help readers. Please mention any connection you have with the site. Minimum 10 characters; maximum 1,500.

Please avoid personal medical information. Read our privacy information before sending.

Prefer to write directly? Email [email protected].

Suggestions are considered for their usefulness to readers; sending a link does not guarantee inclusion.

Make a correction report useful

Use the same email address for corrections and website feedback.

  1. Give the full page address.
  2. Quote or identify the sentence, table entry or result that appears wrong.
  3. Explain the issue in a sentence or two.
  4. Link the specific current source if you have one, rather than an organisation homepage.
  5. For a tool problem, give illustrative inputs and the observed result without personal health information.

A report such as “the reference link leads to an unrelated leaflet” is easier to investigate than a general comment about an article. If guidance has changed, include the source’s revision date.

Accessibility and calculator problems

If a page is difficult to use, describe the task you were attempting, your browser or assistive technology if relevant, and what prevented progress. A screenshot is optional and should not include private information.

For calculators, distinguish an input problem from a disagreement about an assumption. For example, changing units should preserve the same mass. A protein multiplier, on the other hand, is a stated modelling choice rather than a clinical measurement. The explanation beside each tool sets out those limits.

Where to take medicine questions

Contact the dispensing pharmacy about the product supplied, storage, a damaged device or uncertainty over instructions. Contact your prescriber for suitability, side effects, dose changes or ongoing treatment.

Use urgent healthcare for urgent symptoms. In England, NHS 111 can direct you when you need urgent help and are unsure where to go. Call 999 for an immediate life-threatening emergency. Website email is not monitored as a clinical service. [1]

Read the privacy information before sending personal information and the editorial policy for how corrections are approached.

Questions and answers

Can I suggest a useful GLP-1 website or resource?
Yes. Use the form above or email [email protected] with the link and a brief explanation of why it could help readers. Please mention any connection you have with the site.
Does the form send my suggestion automatically?
No. It prepares a draft in your email app. You need to review and send the message there. If no email app opens, write directly to [email protected] using your usual email service.
What should I include in a correction?
The page URL, the specific statement, why it appears wrong and a direct current source where available.
Can this contact address give me a prescription?
No. It is a website contact route, not a prescribing or pharmacy service.
